Traditional methods

Italian flour. A pizzaiolo's hands. Four hundred degrees.

At Pier 71 Bar e Cucina we pride ourselves on preparing dishes using traditional Italian methods. The pizza dough is made from Italian flour and hand-stretched by our pizzaiolo, then baked at 400°C in a wood-fired rotating stone-base oven imported from Italy.

Authentic Italian cuisine, served daily with locally sourced fresh ingredients: pasta, risotto, antipasto, desserts and the signature stone oven pizzas, with wine service at the bar.
